The Storage-Tech 40 ft High Cube Contractor Grade Rental is our large-capacity, budget-friendly storage option for construction sites, contractors and industrial projects. It delivers the space of a 40 ft High Cube without the premium associated with newer-looking rental equipment, making it an excellent choice when storage performance matters more than appearance.

These are used working containers, so cosmetic wear is expected. Units may show surface rust, dents, scratches, faded or peeling paint, previous repairs and other signs of cargo service. Contractor Grade containers are selected for practical on-site storage and provide a rugged steel enclosure for tools, building materials, machinery, safety supplies, palletized inventory and project equipment.

At approximately 40 ft x 8 ft x 9 ft 6 in externally, the High Cube format offers nearly 2,700 cubic feet of nominal storage capacity and substantially more room than a 20 ft rental. Ground-level cargo-door access makes daily loading and retrieval simple, while the extra height is useful for shelving, stacked materials and taller equipment. A firm, level and truck-accessible placement area is recommended for delivery.
